Return Policy

Each artwork is unique and made on demand. We do hope that you are happy with your painting, but if for any reason you are not please do get in touch immediately by contacting this email address:

We cannot accept returns on any paintings as potential damage may occur during the return transit. This would prevent the artwork from being resold.

If your item arrives in a damaged condition then please do get in touch by email within 48hrs of receiving the order, and please provide images of the damage and packaging. We will endeavour to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Terms of Service

Orders are accepted if the products that you order are available and your payment method is authorised for the transaction. Your card will be charged automatically when you place your order. As soon as payment is received and your item(s) have been dispatched we will email you to confirm your order is on its way.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct at the time of your order. We will email you with tracking information (please check your junk folder!). We hold no responsibility if your parcel is held in customs, and unfortunately we cannot predict if this will happen.

Your order will normally be dispatched within 2 weeks, If there is a longer lead-time on a painting we will let you know by email as soon as we can. How long your order takes to arrive will vary depending on the shipping destination. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, you will be given a full refund.

Delivery costs are borne by the buyer. Shipping costs are calculated by the weight of your order, this will be processed at the time of checkout. Prices and availability of item(s) and postage are subject to change without notice. All prices are in Euros (EUR).

Please note that any duty or taxes payable are the responsibility of you the customer and not the responsibility of E. Jackson.

All artworks are supplied with a Certificate of Authenticity.

All images and content on this website belong to E. Jackson unless otherwise stated and is protected by European and international copyright laws. No contents of this website can be copied, reproduced, displayed, distributed, republished, downloaded, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means without our prior written consent from E. Jackson.

Privacy Policy

The personal data you supply to us upon making a purchase will be treated with total confidentiality and in accordance with all data protection legislation.

We will never distribute any personal information to third parties under any circumstance, including those who subscribe to our mailing list. The information we collect is used solely to process your order and stay in touch with you. Whether you have supplied your personal details online or by email we will never use them without a lawful reason to do so.

Your data will not be shared with any third parties. We only store the personal data you have provided. We do not store or see any credit card information on our system. All credit card transactions are cleared using the secure payment processor Stripe.

Contact forms on this website give you the option to opt-in to our mailing list, collecting your name and email address. You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time by selecting ‘unsubscribe from this list’ at the bottom of every email we send to you.
